Brian Phillips is the Founder and Managing Partner of Mayhem Capital. His career reflects a unique blend of technological innovation, entrepreneurial leadership, and dedication to national service. Brian’s professional journey includes roles as a Product Manager at Facebook, Oculus, and Meta. A recognized innovator, Brian holds six U.S. patents in emerging technologies.

Brian has spent more than 20 years in military service and continues to serve today as an F-15C Mission Commander with the 194th Fighter Squadron in the California Air National Guard having completed multiple overseas deployments.

Passionate about supporting Vets, Brian launched the Vets Mentoring Program at Meta and is an active advocate for veteran recruitment and mentorship within Silicon Valley. Additionally, he serves as a Trustee of the United States Air Force Academy Falcon Foundation, which seeks to identify and build future Air Force leaders. Brian earned his undergraduate degree from the United States Air Force Academy and his graduate degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
